Kinclaven is a hotel but not your regular everyday hotel.  We are a pet hotel that specialise in catering for dogs, birds and other animals.  Animal boarding is something many owners are keen on these days making sure there pets get the best treatment while their away and is a great alternative to kennels.

Kinclaven, Scotland UK built in 1900, is a house of much character. Situated in the village of Kirkliston we are just 10 minutes from Edinburgh airport and easy to get to from Edinburgh city centre. We are only 3 miles from Barnton Roundabout/Cramond.

Our animal boarding facilities are sitting in extensive garden ground with 3 separate lawns for playtime be assured that your dogs will love to wander round our secure, mature gardens or maybe just sunbathe on the decking area.

Kinclaven, Scotland UK enables your dogs, birds and small animals to enjoy a home based family environment - our pet hotel is an alternative to kennels. Our animal boarding is an open house whereby your dogs have access to all areas, just like he would in his own home and can sleep where he feels most comfortable, whether that be a bedroom, sofa or in front of our real fires (in winter of course).

We will take a set amount of dogs and other pets at any one time so make a booking early to avoid disappointment especially during busy holiday periods. Due to demand we would ask that you give us as much notice as is possible as many clients have repeat bookings year after year.
